Haining, which
also enjoys the reputation of "Land of Fish and Rice", "Hometown
of Silk", "State of Culture", "Resort for Tourism and Capital of Leather Garment",
is located in northern Zhejiang Province and the southern part of Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou
Plain. It faces the Qiantang River to the south, Hangzhou is 61.5km to the west and
Shanghai 125 km to the east, and has an area of 681.5 km and
