Henan Province, which mostly rests on the vast central China plain, is a party to
regular conflicts of air flows from different directions giving the area an unpredictable,
though not harsh, weather system. Henan can be visited at any time during the year, with its pleasant weather, experiencing neither extreme cold, nor
sweltering heat at any given time. Temperatures in the hottest season, during June and July,
average 27-28 degrees C, while the coldest month, January, hits between 2 and -2 degrees
C. Most of the rainfall occurs during the summer. |
